I have had this (daily plus, olive green) for around 2 weeks. Using it for daily commute to work, and also went on an oversee trip.
Likes:
• Overall design, color choice and material: Although this may also be attributed to the x-pac company, the combination of a good design, and material makes this an appealing bag.
• I really like the simplicity and attention to details, for example the pockets. The inner pocket holds my Ipad Mini 6 nicely, and the laptop pocket also nicely fits A4 sized file.
• Also a design factor, but the pockets in front hold their contents pretty well even when you forgot to close them (partly due to their partly hidden design)
• The A-frame, Zero-gravity and paddings: fancy names aside, the bag really does feel differently from average bags when worn. Enjoy the feeling of difference even though it may go away after a while, when you get used to it.
Dislikes or Doubts: Some of the points might be nitpicking a bit on my side, but given the bag's price, I am expecting a lot and also like it enough to look forward to its improvements in the future.
• Takes a bit of time to break in, probably due to the rigidity of the x-pac material, which is quite high compared to regular bag materials. This is completely understandable. But I particularly wished the partly hidden pocket just above the shoulder straps were a bit more easier to open and close. I imagine that flaps with a looser fit and smoother zips would be nice.
• Leans forward when placed…
